Lambs, baby lambs, teenage lambs, mother lambs and father lambs.....
It was pretty hard to photograph the baby lambs, as they were always jumping or snoozing so close to mamma that you couldn't see them.......The lambs have different colors on them because it is a code for the farmers....some colors may mean they had their first shots, or they are ready to breed..or who knows what else, I didn't have a chance to ask any farmer from the seat of the coach. I had to stop wearing this jacket because I was afraid someone would paint a number on me....Hahahaha like a lamb.....
Below is a postcard I purchased I think they were all photoshopped....
These cuties (???) are Highland Cows. They are called "Hairy Coos" by the locals THey have distinctive horns living in the wilds of Scotland. Their coats are really a double coat oily on top and cozy downy undercoats keeping them warm in winter and keeping the flies out of their eyes.. They are gentle beasts and do get along with humans. I didn't have the opportunity to get close and see.
Then there were horses....
And one dog...that I took a picture of....but there were many all around the towns...
And birds.....the seagulls were really big compared to the ones in my town of Boynton Beach FL
Here is my Flamingo, my Lamb, and my Lilly trying to be a lamb....
Silly and fun..always makes me smile and I hope you as well.......
